“To be honest I was a bit disappointed. The curries I ordered were not the greatest, the meat often chewy. Compared to other frozen meals, these did not shine.”

“Firstly, I did think the cost was pretty high, so I was expecting very good quality (and probably not a large quantity). Haven't yet finished all the items I ordered, but wasn't fussed on the Moussaka - not at all what I expected in taste, and although I have had this before, and made it myself in the past, this one wasn't enjoyed. However, the Beef Bourgoine was absolutely delicious. My husband would have preferred a thicker sauce with it (it was mainly like a beef stock consistency), but easy to prepare and very enjoyable. We are both small eaters, but this one could have been a little larger, even for us. I would think most people would find the serving very small. Looking forward to the other two items I have in the freezer.”

“Despite the meal I ordered being mislabeled it was still very tasty and more then ample serving size.I’m still however waiting for my discount code for the promised credit (for the mislabeling error) before ordering more meals.”

“I support Providoor and have had good experiences. This time, however, Providoor failed. My order of 5x Luke Nguyen Butter Chicken turned out to be 5x Massaman Curry. The packages were labelled as Butter Chicken but, when prepared, they were not. I provided details and photos to Providoor. Although Customer Service responded prompty and politely, their solution was poor. They offered 50% off on my next order. Nothing was offered as compensation for selling me the wrong item. They also said that they would be looking into it, and maybe they have, but I have not had any feedback as to what was found. I assume that the entire batch with the expiry date on mine (which was October 2024) was wrongly packed and presumably others have had this same disappointment.”

“I am very pleased to hear from you My recent order was less than expected.Your food was from good chefs but left me somewhat disappointed.There was one we had to throw away I believe it was a lasagna from a cook with a very good reputation ,dry and with a strange taste ,which is why we have not ordered again”

“Easy to prepare, good value and great to keep in the freezer. The meals are varied, ranging from pleasant to delicious. A favourite for us so far was the red duck curry, but still have a number in the freezer for a rainy day. Delivery was reliable and the company were really easy to communicate with when I wanted to amend an order.”

“Good quality food, well packaged and was quite pleased with how quickly it came - ie, you can get delivery next day or 2. Choice was also quite extensive and mixed cuisines.”

“Actually fairly disappointed with all the meals I’ve had so far. Kids gnocchi didn’t have much flavour and was all stuck together after cooking - both my kids ages 2 and 5 refused to eat it. Pizza had flavour but the crust burnt on the outside before the toppings were heated through enough and the scaloppine cooking instructions didn’t sit well with me, wanting you to heat the plastic tray in hot water - only for water to seep into a hole in the packaging and fill with water, therefore needing to drain all the water/sauce/flavour and just eat the boiled chicken. I did however enjoy the turmeric curry. (Yet to try the other two remaining dishes) I shop for pre made meals frequently and sadly this has been my least favourite.”
