“What's not to love? We have elderly regionally based parents who don't go out too much and wouldn't recognise most things on a menu these days. Providoor gives us easy access to some of the best restaurants in the country, photos and great descriptions of the dishes and the convenience of delivery or same day pick-up. Everything comes clearly labelled, with clear instructions and short preparation times. The meals are generous and flavoursome and when put on the table, it's truly impressive.”

“I really love this service. Having kids at home and no support systems mean we only eat out with kids which generally means fancy food is not in the menu!! We were able to have heavenly food in the comfort of our home. Kids could try all the items too without any waste. Can’t wait to try some different places. We do love supporting local as well but we are not in a delivery area for local restaurants so this works perfectly for us.”

“The price should be cheaper than normal takeaway as the customer need to cook or reheat the food at home. Otherwise, it might be more time saving to order takeaway directly.”

“Food quality from Supernormal was great but dietary information was very poorly detailed! My wife is coeliac, but every dish that contained gluten had no information on it indicating that it contained gluten. The only dietary information mentioned was nuts, soy, egg & pork. This is very confusing and dangerous for any coeliac customers, who may assume the noodles, bread & dumplings are all gluten free seeing as nothing is mentioned in the dietary info.”

“Such a great alternate date night/way of mixing up going out to restaurants but still eating fancy! I do wish delivery was slightly cheaper or you could order from multiple restaurants with 1 delivery fee but it is efficient and refrigerated delivery so I understand.”
