“I was very impressed with the packaging. What I ordered came in a large, sturdy cardboard box. Inside was a large double foil bag containing the food items. The packages were quite cool as the bag included two freezer packs. So, even on a warm day, the food arrived safely.”

“The food is delicious, ample servings and there’s wide range to choose from some items are suitable for children others are tasty and spicy. Only negative is the delivery service has been odd.”

“I actually did NOT even receive my order. I place an order and paid for the food after carefully checking there was delivery to my postcode. The food ordered was for a dinner party the same night as expected daytime delivery. I was advised on the AFTERNOON of expected delivery that the although the courier delivers to my postcode, they don't deliver to my suburb, even though it lies within the postcode. They deliver to the suburb located 2klms from me and also the suburb 50 klms, from me, all in the same postcode but mysteriously not mine. I was told if I found another address in tne same postcode but different suburb they would deliver. However, no. The local P.O was not acceptable either. So I don't recommend a service where you plan a dinner party, order and pay for food and then they announce that they don't deliver to your postcode.”

“Full marks from a couple of oldies (84 & 86) who who are now rusted on customers after trying Providoor. Food is one of the most important things in our lives and when faced with the inevitable possibility that Aged Care was not far off, we decided to give it a try. I can't speak too highly of the food,- great value, top quality, nutritious, and plenty of interesting choices. Flexibility of delivery options is also extremely good and when we needed a little help with ordering on-line (age-related), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We both, can't speak too highly of our experience with Providoor, Bruno and Noela Vranich”

“Loved Silvia's lemon chicken scallopine - delicious! Unfortunately the quality of the meat in the two beef dishes left a lot to be desired. Both contained mostly fat and gristle - very little actual beef. The aromas and taste of both was fantastic but the meat was a real let down. We felt the well known chefs would have been very disappointed with the quality of the product that was being provided in their names. Not sure we'll reorder.”

“Delivery was early which was great, because it meant we did not have to sit around all day to receive it. The French Onion Soup was so tasty, but I want a complete meal, and having to cook sides defeats the purpose of not cooking, and becomes quite expensive if you order the sides”

“I have only eaten the lasagne but it was overcooked and very dry. I don’t know why it was cooked and then frozen. Shouldn’t it have frozen before cooking so that I could cook it. There was no sign of the bechamel sauce beans the top of the lasagne was dark and very crispy.”

“The food arrived in good condition and everything was in there. It was a second delivery after the first one had gone missing. The portion sizes were generous and the idea to look up the instructions using QR codes on the labels worked really well. All of the food was delicious and of a quality I expected.”

“Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the meals I have received. These are hardly a chef quality meal & the portions hardly enough for two people!!! And it’s not even a complete meal with all that needs to be added (veggies, rice, etc) to make it a full serve. For the massaman beef curry, I throw away 2/3 of the beef because it was parts that are inedible; fat & tissues, etc. Really underwhelmed & truly disappointed.”

“This is not restaurant quality food. It is nowhere near the standard of the oroginal Providoor. I cannot believe that these celebrity chefs put their names on this when their ony input would appear to be that they supply a recipe!!!! I will never purchase again. Mass produced by someone, somewhere”
