“We have now made many orders. The food is delicious. The delivery is always on time. Sometimes we can't eat everything in one evening. Instructions are simple. Last weekend we stayed in a cabin near Heathcote. We had a Providoor pack (Supernormal) delivered first thing in the morning, put it in the car (the box contains freezer packs), and didn't have a care in the world about dinner that evening at the cabin. How simple is that!”

“We have had a few Providoor experiences and loved every one of them. Food was excellent, cooking instructions very detailed and easy and delivery fantastic. Love all the communication and look forward to our next experience. Especially loved Maha each time.”

“To be honest it was a strange combination of dishes ... tomato and buffalo cheese with Peking duck wraps + cos lettuce? I appreciate the ingredients were expensive, salmon, lobster + duck but hard to lock in the value. I wouldn't buy again, but I would use providoor as i liked the concept. On a positive the food was simple and easy to prepapte”

“As our fifth time ordering, just cannot fault the Providoor experience. Clear communication, prompt timings and perfect food every time. It's as good as the experience you get dining out, but in the comfort of your own home. The little touces like a soundtrack to cook along to make it even more special.”

“Tipico.. delicious. Only complaint is that l didn’t find the recipe instructions in the box and was trying to follow the recipe instructions on the providoor website. These did not match the ingredients. I was very upset and confused . I had another look in the box and found the recipe card( between the silver bag and the box. So, my fault for not having a proper look, but the website needed updating too.”

“Delivery is excellent. Packaging is superb. I like to give feedback to the food at Bambini ; Entreee was good; the eggplant lazani was too salty and the tirramisu too sweet.”
