“I have now had three deliveries. This is an excellent service, providing high quality food for those occassions when simple preparation of good food is a better alternative to fast food. It is sensibly priced accordingly.”

“Delicious food the only issue i had was the timing with each product a different temperature & time. Coordinating it to be ready together meant keeping some meals warm.”

“Very happy with the Father's Day pack with the exception of the Mediterranean Braised Chicken. The picture on the website is far more appealing than the actual product. We received 3 pieces of chicken of which 2 were drumsticks. Absolutely not value for money and would never order again. The rest of the meal was fantastic and would happily order again but am slightly scarred by the chicken meal.”

“It would be much better if the reheating cooking instructions were on the packaging. This is my first purchase and after following the instructions for 2 diferent meals now, the meal was not warm enough from frozen and required to go back into the oven”

“Unfortunately I purchased an e-gift card online. I received the confirmation email however no link for the person I bought it for to actually redeem it. I have sent off two contacts to the Providoor team and heard nothing back. If someone could contact me to rectify this, it would be appreciated. Thanks”

“Meat is often tough e.g. Greek lamb skewers but otherwise very tasty. Need to choose better quality meat and chicken.”

“Providoor meals arrived in excellent condition, very well packed and insulated, and on time overnight on the day requested. So far we have had three of the meals and they have been very good indeed, of excellent quality and taste. It's great, simply being able to have a very nice dinner direct from you to the freezer, the microwave and our table, without my having to shop, prepare and cook it for us. We are really very impressed by your products.”
