“The food is ok, but expensive for what it is. Have also had the same issue twice now, two of the same item ordered and only one supplied. First time was told no refund possible and a credit was issued. The second time was offered a refund. Won't be ordering again, it's all too hard.”

“Whilst most of the meals have been satisfactory, they are expensive. Also, the drivers never bother to actually deliver to you personally. The box is left at the apartment block entrance, drivers do not call your apartment. There's too wide a range for delivery time (all day), so we stay in but nobody bothers to contact us.”

“Providoor makes it easy for me to host special family celebrations, as I can no longer cook myself. Everyone gets to choose their favourite dishes, providing a delicious variety of food. I like the order to arrive from NSW on a Friday, and on Sunday the meals are very easy to reheat after defrosting. No-one would know they hadn't just been freshly prepared. The value is marvellous compared to what a restaurant outing would cost.”

“Well we enjoyed Lukes massaman curry and Georges lamb shoulder so much ordered again as per last order. i have recently come out of hospital, so to have chef prepared meal has been just amazing. feel very spoiled. Have yet to try Marco's Braised Brisket. Thank you”

“So far, only tried one of the 3 dishes I ordered- massaman beef curry - a nice flavour, but the potatoes weren't fully cooked, and some fat content in the beef. The ordering process, and delivery were spot on. I'm keen to try my other two dishes.”

“Of all the meals I’ve ordered there have been some good but a few terrific. Worst was the French onion soup which was overwhelmed by salt. I love the French soup at Francois & this needed all the cheese i had at home . Your Chechen & lemon dish was delicious & I can recommend. Other dishes have kept up the very good or very bad. Given your chefs I had hoped for top quality across the board. The food was well packed but delivery dates were too long. Cooking instructions very good too.As for delivery times I was told between 8 am & 6pm. Far too broad a range.. Surely after Covid this should have been a smooth flowing experience. Not yet. I’m giving you another chance with my next order. Fingers crossed”

“My wife prefers vegetable meals so we started with the Christine's Chickpea, Potato & Turmeric Curry. Thumbs down, boring and overpriced for a vegetarian dish, I cannot imagine it would coast anymore than $5-8 to make. On the other hand Gary's South Indian Village Chicken Curry was absolutely delicious. Worth every cent it was so so good and filling. Tonight we are trying Marco's Signature Bolognese tonight. We will keep you posted.”

“I have enjoyed the delicious nutritous foods that I ordered from Providoor, especially the mashed potato and the soups. I look forward to eating them after a busy day at work. The deliveries are on time and packed securely to keep the food frozen. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Sometimes there can be a mix up. This recently happened with an incorrect meal being delivered. Providoor responded quickly and provided the correct meal within hours of receiving my email. Well done.”
