“During Covid lockdown I ordered Providoor meals and although I had to cook them myself I thoroughly enjoyed the experience as everything for the meal was included. With this latest purchase there are individual dishes but I feel I need to ad the vegetables etc to complete the meal. Food that is provided is delicious. We haven't eaten all the meals yet so can't give a rating, sorry Judy”

“The Providoor bundle we ordered came on the allocated date and time. All food was properly packaged and marked accordingly. We were very happy with the quality of all the different cuisines and in addition, the quantity was also quiet substantial. Needless to say everything was delicious, very tasty and fresh. We will definitely use your services again. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 , Sonia and family”

“Have not tried the food yet but the delivery a little disappointing. Could not log on to tracking and your system did not show my apartment number even though you apparently had it. The confirmation email only had the number of the building. Your courier tracking needs improving.”

“I am slightly disappointed that there was a product replacement with my order and I wasn’t given options on what happened next. I was very much looking forward to this specific item. I would have appreciated an option to cancel, or to pick a replacement. Perhaps this is something your business would consider in future.”

“Excellent service arrives on time and well packed. Delicious food cannot fault it especially the French onion soup on a chilly night a complete meal in itself. I look forward to trying the rest that await in the freezer”

“The idea of a mix of meals, the Welcome Feast, from different chefs is great and I would definately do it again. Haven't finished it all yet but so far all good. The next one could be called the Progressive Feast. We've had meals from Providoors during covid then they disappeared for a while, most upsetting to think they might be gone, so good to see them back.”

“We were really disappointed in the 'special deal' that Providoor had going called the Welcome Feast to get a bunch of 'dishes' for a reduced price. The email advertised all the dishes but only two photos were an accurate portrayal of the 'dish'. We were expecting the dishes to include everything that was required to make it including the bases and sides shown in the photos. The 'exclusive offer' was EXTREMELY expensive for only part-meals where we had to then go and buy all the bits we needed to turn them into a meal. Therefore it didn't even save us from writing a list and going shopping for a week! So far, the actual dishes have been less than average in quality too. It was nothing like our Providoor experiences in lockdown where you felt like you were having a restaurant meal at home and it is all the worse for it too. We won't be trying again unless something drastically changes.”
