“We were really disappointed in the 'special deal' that Providoor had going called the Welcome Feast to get a bunch of 'dishes' for a reduced price. The email advertised all the dishes but only two photos were an accurate portrayal of the 'dish'. We were expecting the dishes to include everything that was required to make it including the bases and sides shown in the photos. The 'exclusive offer' was EXTREMELY expensive for only part-meals where we had to then go and buy all the bits we needed to turn them into a meal. Therefore it didn't even save us from writing a list and going shopping for a week! So far, the actual dishes have been less than average in quality too. It was nothing like our Providoor experiences in lockdown where you felt like you were having a restaurant meal at home and it is all the worse for it too. We won't be trying again unless something drastically changes.”

“Hi Guys, I am a fan but a couple of things my husband and I felt need perhaps a little tweak! Braised Beef Moussaka, nope didn't do it for us, nor did the keftedes. Both, we felt needed more spice (or something) We are not chefs so maybe it's just us, but we do know what we like! Chicken Curry...nah not really up to what we expected. On the other hand the chile prawns and ? curried prawns my husband just loved, so more will be ordered. We admire and appreciate the work you are doing so thanks very much. Ax”

“Ordered slow cooked lamb shoulder, pomme puree and yuzu tarts. Lamb tender and delicious, complemented by great pomme puree. Dessert was yummy, perfect blend of tart filling and sweet meringue. Family loved the meal.”

“I had the Mother's Day Feast with additional desserts - Baked Cheesecake and Yuzu Tart. All tasted great but the meringue had disappeared off the Yuzu Tart. I contacted Providoor through the website (with photos of the tart) but did not get a response.”

“So very impressed at the fabulously generous and oh so delicious meals received in my first order. I was able to share with two friends and still have left overs. It was my first opportunity to taste Christine Manfield's wonderfully famous curry selections. We were so impressed, my friend had to take down the details to pass on to his other friends. And Silvio's Gamberi pizza was literally the best pizza we have ever tasted. Again generous size and incredible quality and so very tasty. Congratulations to all and thank you.”

“The meal we ordered was a lovely way to celebrate Mother's Day! The French Onion soup was very flavoursome; the lamb shoulder and accompanying vegies was beautiful, although the sauce was overpowering. The profiteroles were exceptional. We recommend taking advantage of the wonderful chefs' offerings available from Providoor.”

“We've previously used Providoor when all meals were delivered fresh. This was the first time using them frozen. Our delivery arrived over an hour late and the items bagan to defrost. I contract support and they advised it was okay to refreeze.”

“Hi I contacted providoor to provide feedback on a recent order but I never heard back. I love the food and have been a regular customer since tour business began its journey. Having said that my recent order was disappointing - the margarita pizzas were split/cracked through/ role want for better words. Plus I know delivery is challenging however for your feedback the box of goods was crushed. Thank you”

“Beautiful food and generous serves. Had a packaging issue with one meal (needed reheating in simmering water but the packaging was damaged) but I sorted it out.”
