“Cannot fault kavanagh rescue . They have attended my vehicle a couple of times for different faults and each time they have come up trumps . Even on Christmas morning when the battery was as dead as a dodo . Both mechanics have been friendly and courteous. Would like to say a very big thanks to them . X happy customer in the sad event of a car breakdown . 👍”

“Paul K504 came out today to find out what the problem was with my Jeep when I lost power with my car, just off J8 of the M20 about lunch time. Phoned me first to give me an update on his eta which was quicker than planned. When he arrived instantly diagnosed a flat battery, put in one of his to check it wasn’t anything worse, then confirmed it was just the battery. Paul phoned around for me to source me a new battery. This wasn’t an option as not on stock but I found another place nearby with one, with Paul giving he spec of the battery to ensure it was correct. He advised me how to keep the revs high to ensure I didn’t break down again on route to the garage and gave me the correct paperwork. One very happy customer. Such a nice man please pass on my gratitude. Very efficient service green flag.”

“Troy (GF164) arrived in good time, immediately identified the fault but also carried out diagnostics to provide information about the need for a replacement battery, which he also offered to fit. Friendly service. Thanks”

“Full marks in every respect. My car had to be recovered to my local garage. I was given an approximate arrival time and then the engineer rang to say that he was 20 minutes away. The very pleasant and helpful engineer loaded my car onto his vehicle, loaded me into the cab, and we arrived a short time later. It couldn't have been easier.”

“Excellent service received. Car parked outside house but wouldn't start so not a problem in terms of waiting for rescue. Engineer arrived within the time stipulated and he was very efficient in diagnosing the problem (earth wiring). Got the car started and followed me to garage to leave car for repair. Engineer was very helpful and polite.”

“Efficient break down company, this was a car alarm problem at my address, sent text to say driver on his way, this was only one hour after contacting them, then driver text & informed me of arrival time. Although unable to disable the alarm he was able to stop it so the car could be driven to the appropriate garage. Very polite and efficient. Driver was Paul K504”
