“beautiful kethy wooden handles but I purchased 17 of them and they were sent in a bubble wrap soft satchel which split and had holes, fortunately none were damaged but I would have expected that an order this size would have been packaged at least in a sturdy cardboard box. Price excellent, range excellent.”
“Great website and a fantastic range of hardware. We especially went to the shop to make sure we got what we wanted. It was a Saturday morning and really busy. It was hard to know who was working in the shop and how to get their attention so we were waiting for awhile trying to get eye contact with someone - a bit awkward! The service when we got it was vague and inattentive. However, when I ordered (via website) the handles I ordered came quickly, well wrapped etc.”
