I ordered a doorhandle through you on the 1st Feb to be delivered less than 30 minutes drive from my house and still have not received my order which at this time is 17 days from my order date. I understand that this is not your fault as you posted the item straight after the order being placed .

Things got complicated when I realised I was one window lock short and needed to add to the order. After a little negotiation, the order was amended and shipped the next day.
