“Very happy with the website ordering, but compared to quality solid brass handles and window furniture stock I am getting from UK and Canada, shipping from Keeler Hardware was very slow with the addition of slow delivery. Overseas generally ship immediately and I receive stock in 3 to 4 days.”

It seems that the website is misleading because it says in a big font about free delivery but later when you order the goods it says in a small font at the bottom of the page that delivery is not included. Hence I had to pay over one hundred bucks extra for delivery. I believe the store should redesign its website to prevent people like me from getting misled.”
