“Really great range of products. Should improve delivery information. I have ordered a few times and never get updates on delivery times, and then need to call. Also, please integration with the ‘SHOP’ app. I have no affiliation with the App but it’s great and easy to use.”
“Ordered an item online and paid using my company credit card. Was informed that the item was now out of stock after a couple of days and a refund was given against the credit card. A couple of days later I received notification that the item was now back in stock and that I had to do a new CC transaction. Once this was done the delivery of the item was fast and efficient. Obviously there system works well with stock notification and the staff were helpful when I spoke to them on the phone.”
