“I needed an obscure lock to replace the one in an 1890s door I had renovated. Tony from Keeler Willoughby understood completely the requirements and did the online research. It turned out to be still made in Tasmania. Delivery times over Christmas were unpredictable but we weren't in a hurry. Once it arrived, it fitted perfectly, although the polished brass faceplate was bent (see photo). This was corrected easily in a padded vise and some gentle tapping. Tony was terrific and really knew his stuff.”

“Not sure on product. based on the delivery times along with information provided is very lacking. i had to advise my clients on the delay and i actually paid extra for express delivery however when call to follow up. been advised is not avalaible and have to wait. even the given time was false as in the end it arrive in the new year. very dissapointing.”

“Terrible customer service. Ordered two French door fasteners and barrel bolts. They inky shipped items once I had contacted them to see where they were after I hadn't received any correspondence in over a week. Then when they arrived there was only one French door fastener sent. Emailed them to let them know. They said they'll send another one out. After a couple of days they emailed to say they didn't have those fasteners in stock and we'll receive a refund. Very poor”
