“Yeah great experience from ordering to delivery of the sash lock - I originally went to Ebay to order it but then found your website and ordered directly... smooth and easy process. Needed the sash lock for a gravestone box (not the traditional use case) as my father lost the key... so drilled out the old one and riveted the new one and now he is happy! Thanks again”
