“I asked for specific measurements of a replacement door handle in "Legge" as I did't want any hassle re-driiling holes etc. I emailed back and forth with Kevin to ensure it would be the right fit. After making the payment, I had a phone call to say that handle wasn't in stock, "but they're all the same, so I'll send you the Lockton". Lockton was cheaper, smaller and did not fit. I have reached out to Kevin to organise a return and refund as he had promised to do. I still have not heard from him nor do I have my refund. I still have the handle in it's original pacakging and can return when given the instructions on how to do so. It has been a time consuming process with a worthless result.”

“Installed 22 of this item, great quaility product with quick delivery only issues was the quality of the screws provided in kit was lacking, the steel was soft and the philips head drive point was not center on some of the screw which made them redundent.”
