“After reseachinh ( with your staff ) the item required to solve my needs I placed the order on 22/5/2024 .
It finally arrived and was wrong .
Spoke with Darryl on 3/6/2024 and 4/6/2024 and I still have not heard what is happening to rectify the wrong order . As requested I sent photos of the concerns .
How long do I have to wait ?”

My only complaint is with eBay (where I found you) is that I tried to purchase your product, the commitment to buy would not let me buy. I thought I had made a mistake so reperched the product, now two products are on the account, they would not let me cancel one of the products, would not let me pay and to contact the seller for delivery price for delivery. In the end I gave up on eBay and contacted you directly with no problems”
