“Your delivery was quick and exactly what I ordered but what I didn't know until I got my new remote was one of my other remotes were needed to program my new remote. As both my old remotes don't work it's costing me $120 to programme my new remote through Toyota with the hope that they can do it but no promises are made. The remote was for a 2006 toyota hatch and cost me around $80.00 in total.

“Good communication and quick to get to Australia post who then let the side down with late delivery. The Whitco spiral sash balance was missing the foot plate which it showed in the picture and said w/foot. I fortunately enough to be able to remove and reuse the old ones. Will happily use Keeler hardware again though. Great product.”

“One of the items purchased and received was differently branded and I believe a slightly different colour than what was ordered. They advised this is what was sent by manufacturer I was offered a refund but had to pay the cost to return the incorrect item. Communication was via email and there wasnโt a clear process on how to return provided just to send it back.Item was returned and I am still waiting for refund to be processed on day 4.
Process and communication need to be better, I donโt believe I should be responsible for paying cost of return when a different branded product was provided. The plus side being willing to provide a refund without hassle even if it hasnโt been paid yet.

Not to long after review was posted I received a full refund for my order. I am happy with the outcome. Strangely I still wasnโt notified by the business that a refund was issued so my points communication stand.”

“The company when I first ordered were closed for holidays.The people even called although they were officially not working very impressed.๐๐ป๐๐ป
But unfortunately the handles ordered are not a good fit with my kitchen and Iโm trying to return without success. If u could help at all ๐๐ป they were not boxed sufficiently either just wrapped in a bit cardboard brown tape.”
