“Great customer service and speedy delivery. Got an engraved bottle for a birthday and team were very attentive on working through adjustments and supplied in super fast time.”
“It would seem I cnnot click on the star. I've rated you as 5 stars though.
KSC have been great to deal with, aspecially Adam and I intend on making further purchases.
The only problem both KSC and I had was with Australia Post, who everyone should be warned about. They got paid for an Express Door to Door Delivery, sent updates on their tracking to say it was delivered, then it went back and forth (don't know why), ultimately Aus Post dropped the parcel at a Business Centre to be picked up by the receipiant, Business Centre address was unknown too.
Aus Post are inept and do not do what they are paid to do, It was a pretty simple delivery.
Anyway, back to KSC, great, awesome and terrific range of hard to come by products!”
“Bit disappointed when I received 375ml bottles instead of the 750ml I was expecting. Perhaps if there are size options then this could be clearer in the photos and/or the description at the TOP of the page rather than at the bottom. Let’s face it, no one usually reads ALL the fine print!”
“Kent Street Cellars were excellent from start to finish and my order was shipped to me very quickly interstate, they were very efficient. Was a very simple process.
Loved dealing with Kent Street Cellars, will definitely use them again 👍”
