Ruined spelling on congratulations card and never fixed it. Purchased the $500 very a special occasion and had it spoiled. Spending this much they should be able to proof read (CAPO)!!!

You Guys failed badly!!! Delivered wrong whisky - Ordered 16 y.o. Lagavulin & you delivered a 10 y.o. Ardbeg Tony Heckendorf

Too expensive. $530 odd at your cellars. $380 at Dan Murphy’s. Same vintage 2015; same boxed bottle of Don Perignon.

Very disappointed experience. Have two damaged glasses out of the two sets of the orders and been in contact with your customer support officer via emails and sending photos as requested, but no outcome. Give up now.

You supposedly posted my order of 6 bottles of champagne last 4th Dec and to this day, I haven't received them. Am very disappointed and I saw other reviews saying the same. What can you do to recover this?

I ordered a wooden box for a magnum. Order was questioned and I confirmed that I needed a box for a MAGNUM. I received a 750ml box. Two emails have gone unanswered. Thanks for nothing.

You guys have pestered me with endless emails after I made one order. I have unsubscribed yet I still get this email. You guys need to undersatand that people get way too many emails these days and it is to be respected, not abused. Once a month is the absolute most you should be sending out marketing emails to people on your database.

One of the worst companies iv delt with wont be using useing again, I own 2 bars in the cbd and we always used kent st cellars if we ever run out or running low in stocks. recently iv been ordering boxes of evian water about 1 a week personly to my house, but because iv been going through about 1 and a bit a week I thought I mose well order 2 boxes at a time instead of 1. Never had a problem they would come in mail I would recive when I could. This time when I ordered 2 they sent by courier witch comes at 1pm when im at work, cant leave it anywhere because I live in terrace at Waterloo so sends it back. Then I get email from Brad ksc saying I need to either take refund minus $28 or pay another $30 to get it re delivered. So I payed knowing me or my business will never use KSC again they a joke. Received my order and the glass was broken, the wrapping was poor and not sufficient for protection. I tried calling them on their listed phone number and got a BS message saying they don’t take calls, then I emailed their support email address and no reply. Couldn’t be more unhappy.

I WAS DIGUSTED WITH THE DELIVERY, I PLACED MY ORDER WITH DAN MURPHY SAME DAY DELIVERY!!!!!!INSTEAD IT WAS DELIVERED BY KENT ST CELLARS AT A DELIVERY CHARGE OF $36 , I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DAN MURPHY EVER AGAIN, ANNE ANDERSON

Have been a customer every three months for 4 years with average spend of $750 per order. Orders always came next day. Suddenly charged for courier and on enquiry rudely told courier fees have gone up since 2022, which is a stupid thi g to say and we can’t cover the cost. No advance warning and no apology. My regular orders will cost a lot more than the courier. Shame after such a long relationship but the “new” guy says that is just the way it is.

Not worth the hassle. Barely cheaper than Dan Murphy's and despite the transit people / you confirming by email that it has been delivered, it hasn't. I have had to cut open every box (which I did not want to do for storage), only to see that most of the shipment has not been delivered. 6 boxes, over 5 different days and most of it still not delivered some 3 weeks later. 1/10 at best. Wouldn't use again.

Because a signature was required on delivery I had to stay home until it arrived. All other wine deliveries are left at the door. There will be no more oders from me.

Extremely frustrating! It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received your order. Your delivery currier is the worst I’ve ever had. I called twice already to organise redelivery , they would promise and then it would happen on completely different day when I’m not at home. This was supposed to be a present and it’s late beyond acceptable. I know it’s not your fault , but it leaves me no choice than to leave complaint here, as they seam not to care whatsoever.
