“Have been a customer every three months for 4 years with average spend of $750 per order. Orders always came next day. Suddenly charged for courier and on enquiry rudely told courier fees have gone up since 2022, which is a stupid thi g to say and we can’t cover the cost. No advance warning and no apology. My regular orders will cost a lot more than the courier. Shame after such a long relationship but the “new” guy says that is just the way it is.”
“Not worth the hassle. Barely cheaper than Dan Murphy's and despite the transit people / you confirming by email that it has been delivered, it hasn't. I have had to cut open every box (which I did not want to do for storage), only to see that most of the shipment has not been delivered. 6 boxes, over 5 different days and most of it still not delivered some 3 weeks later. 1/10 at best. Wouldn't use again.”

“Extremely frustrating! It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received your order. Your delivery currier is the worst I’ve ever had. I called twice already to organise redelivery , they would promise and then it would happen on completely different day when I’m not at home. This was supposed to be a present and it’s late beyond acceptable.
I know it’s not your fault , but it leaves me no choice than to leave complaint here, as they seam not to care whatsoever.”
“BEWARE: I would rate my experience 0 if i could. I didn't receive my item & it seemed to be stuck with Aramex, my package did not move forward. I contact the store for a solution, no solution was provided. No refund was agreed upon even after i explained the issue & requested a refund. Customer service response was always 'your package should arrive soon', it never did. Luckily i processed the payment via Paypal where i opened a dispute. Kent Street never participated in the dispute & ignored the whole process. Luckily Paypal offered me a refund. If you dare to order from this business, use Paypal so you are backed up & can receive a refund if your order doesn't arrive. I am from Melbourne & this seems to be a reoccuring thing, where packages don't turn up & no resolution is offered.”
“I purchased three bottles of moet rose imperial chandon champagne, an absolute disappointment. The taste was bitter, sour and vinegary, also the colour of the champagne was of dark brown.
The very first time I tasted the Moet Rose imperial was in 2020 it has a sweet aroma that was pleasing to the palate every drop was a pleasure too drink, once poured into a glass the colour was a light pink not dark brown. Taking into account that labels change over time. The moet rose imperial bottle that I had was gold and the ribbon was as well not black.

“Ordered on 11th December for arrival in time before Christmas. My initial label with Australia Post was deleted and order sent via Aramex. Order arrived 4 weeks later (after Christmas). Never got a response when I enquired about status of order. Would not recommend!”
“Not what I thought I ordered. Gift pack- a specially selected bottle of wine and two wine glasses. Unfortunately there is nothing wine bottles in the pack. - there is space for you to put your bottle of wine in there- but no bottle”
