Very disappointed with the my order #71894 which was confirmed on my purchase date on 31/12/2022, I still have not received any notice after almost 3 weeks now regarding my delivery. I have sent email last week to your customer service to request a refund if I cannot receive the two bottles of wine by today 16/1/2023 but have not got any reply back from any of your customer service representative. So I would not recommend to my friend of any of your online purchase and doubt that I would purchase any wines from your online website anymore.

Very disappointed at your choice of courier. My bottles were sitting at their Brisbane depot damaged since 4 January and if I hadn’t queried the delay and you hadn’t sent my query to your courier, the courier would not have let you know. Still waiting for replacement order.

I’ve called the Couriour company 3 times as parcel has not been delivered yet. It was ordered December 28th so 2 weeks ago.

Hi I have not received the whisky i ordered. The courier company couriers please is totally unreliable. Firstly the tracking order said expected day of delivery is today 6/1/23. Then all of a sudden on 4/1/23 I received a phone text message said it was arriving that day. My whole family was at home on this day expecting the delivery. No one came. I got a message said the driver came and I was missed. This was impossible. I was waiting for it since I got the text message said it was arriving. There was no card left outside the house either. I got into the couriers please website to arrange for redelivery on yesterday and also lodged a complaint. Pls follow up on your end and get back to me. If the whisky had gone missing. I request a refund. Thank you

I paid for 2 bottles of Champagne I ordered for New Years Eve and I've yet to receive it. order 71274 ordered 21 Dec. 2022. I contacted customer service last week and havent received a follow-up.

So disappointed with Kent St Cellars. After a partial delivery with mention from the courier that the rest of my order was damaged on the way and the matter had been logged, it took 5 emails and 3 phone calls all initiated by me to have my order completed.

Terrible product quality. Extremely disappointed that I paid 150$ for a bottle of whisky and it arrived with all stickers peeling off

Not happy, all but x1 lonsome bottle arrived and survived intact. I'm disappointed as I have left a voice message and return contact number and have not received any correspondence. I was advised 4-6 days delivery, it didn't arrive after 12 days. Bottles appeared to be backed very poorly with a hole I the box from bottle identified upon delivery. Courier service would not respond. Currently I'm trying for refund.

Terrible shop. Avoid at all costs, they spam you with an unbelievable amount of marketing, and the unsubscribe link it broken. 0/10

The wine arrived 5 days late and courier dropped wines worth $369 at the front door on Sunday no notice no signature required???!! Lucky my neighbour alert me on my phone or else someone could have picked up. Appalling services.

I ordered six bottles on End of September 2022, however the Bellini are best before November 2022. Only one month remaing.

Disappointed at the post sale process and policy. I’m a frequent purchaser of wine from different stores but this is the first time I’ve been rejected For a return within a week of delivery because I didn’t like the wine. They should back their wines and their customers imo. Won’t buy again from here as it’s too risky to buy a case and not be able toe return the remainder

I purchased 4 wooden bottle boxes more than 2 weeks ago, after 2 phone calls still haven’t received them. Very poor customer service.
