“The wine arrived 5 days late and courier dropped wines worth $369 at the front door on Sunday no notice no signature required???!! Lucky my neighbour alert me on my phone or else someone could have picked up. Appalling services.”
“Disappointed at the post sale process and policy. I’m a frequent purchaser of wine from different stores but this is the first time I’ve been rejected For a return within a week of delivery because I didn’t like the wine. They should back their wines and their customers imo. Won’t buy again from here as it’s too risky to buy a case and not be able toe return the remainder”

Have missed the date for the birthday present I need it for. Don’t order wine from here that needs to be properly stored at the right temperature as it will be stuck in transit indefinitely.”
“I bought a gift including a gift bag and card. I paid $14.99 for delivery although our purchase was about $200. I put in the order on Friday for a family member's birthday the following Monday, and yet the delivery didn't make it in time for the birthday. I received no delivery information so I had no idea if the gift had been delivered. Very poor form.”
“overseas purchaser bought online and parcel dispatched to courier without a deliverable address. Invoice sent to receiver not sender. Notifiedthat del was to be 9/3 but still not del even though Kent st notified of error. Also I have had to chase up with courier service and at present still not received (23/3)”

The delivery company claimed they collected it on the 14th and its been in Coffs Harbour since the 20th of Feb but despite several e-mails and phone calls still no delivery.”

“They sent me expired date beer. Supposedly they notify on web if it’s close/out of date but I did not see that.
They approach me no danger to drink Never again.”
