“You used couriers please and they missed my delivery last thursday, i have tried to reschedule it by sending them 5 emails and calling twice (over 5 days) and i still do not have my wine order.”

“it was my first time that I ordered from Kent Cellers and I am soooo disappointed 😞 I bought beer knowing that it would arrive from 2-4 days as advertised on the website, then only to find out it would take 2 weeks. there is no excuse and represents bad management”
