Extremely frustrating! It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received your order. Your delivery currier is the worst I’ve ever had. I called twice already to organise redelivery , they would promise and then it would happen on completely different day when I’m not at home. This was supposed to be a present and it’s late beyond acceptable. I know it’s not your fault , but it leaves me no choice than to leave complaint here, as they seam not to care whatsoever.

delivered box with one cracked bottle of water glass everywhere - box damaged from liquid but box tapped up - box looked mouldy from liquid spill.

BEWARE: I would rate my experience 0 if i could. I didn't receive my item & it seemed to be stuck with Aramex, my package did not move forward. I contact the store for a solution, no solution was provided. No refund was agreed upon even after i explained the issue & requested a refund. Customer service response was always 'your package should arrive soon', it never did. Luckily i processed the payment via Paypal where i opened a dispute. Kent Street never participated in the dispute & ignored the whole process. Luckily Paypal offered me a refund. If you dare to order from this business, use Paypal so you are backed up & can receive a refund if your order doesn't arrive. I am from Melbourne & this seems to be a reoccuring thing, where packages don't turn up & no resolution is offered.

I purchased three bottles of moet rose imperial chandon champagne, an absolute disappointment. The taste was bitter, sour and vinegary, also the colour of the champagne was of dark brown. The very first time I tasted the Moet Rose imperial was in 2020 it has a sweet aroma that was pleasing to the palate every drop was a pleasure too drink, once poured into a glass the colour was a light pink not dark brown. Taking into account that labels change over time. The moet rose imperial bottle that I had was gold and the ribbon was as well not black. I do not recommend this product Elizabeth

Very disappointed with delivery service. Bottle of Moët were Christmas presents arrived after the office had closed for Christmas break.

Would not order from Kent Street Cellars again. No customer service, our order that was expected within 4 days took over 3 weeks with no communication by Kent Street Cellars to calls and emails.

My order still wasn’t delivered after 2.5 weeks and we had then left Sydney for Christmas. The order was not on our doorstep when we arrived home beginning of Feb. Very disappointing.

Ordered on 11th December for arrival in time before Christmas. My initial label with Australia Post was deleted and order sent via Aramex. Order arrived 4 weeks later (after Christmas). Never got a response when I enquired about status of order. Would not recommend!

Not what I thought I ordered. Gift pack- a specially selected bottle of wine and two wine glasses. Unfortunately there is nothing wine bottles in the pack. - there is space for you to put your bottle of wine in there- but no bottle

Your courier failed to deliver order number 128380 last week and this needs service recover to ensure the invoice I have paid for arrives as a gift before Xmas. Your team has raised a complaint but I have no confidence it is being treated with any urgency. Alan Taylor

Awful & unreliable, did not deliver my items ($200 worth) and havent offered a refind! Also, no respones to 3 calls, 3 emails. Said 1-4 days delivery, from sydney City to Clovelly (8KM!) its been 17 days so far! Ordered on 2nd Dec 2024. ORDER #128411

Disappointment with Service and Delivery Delays I have been using Kent Street Cellars every year for corporate Christmas gifts, but this year I am disappointed with the service. I specifically requested that the champagnes be delivered in the first week of December. However, the delivery has been delayed by three weeks, and most of my recipients are now on leave and unable to receive the champagne. I have followed up with your team, especially Adam W, numerous times to ask for ETAs and tracking links, but I have not received timely responses. As of now, I still have not received the tracking links for some of the recipients. This situation forced me to purchase champagnes elsewhere to gift to my clients because the original order did not arrive on time. After this frustrating experience, I will need to reconsider using Kent Street Cellars for my future orders, as the service has not met my expectations.

I purchased my item on the 2nd December, today is the 18th December and i still do not have my item. I've called Kent Street Cellars many many times and left voicemails none have been returned. I've also emailed through their website with one reply saying 'will look into it' however nothing back. This is very very upsetting as i wanted this item by friday this week as its for a birthday present. I will never order from you again. Very very upset and disappointed. I will have to but a dispute in with the bank over the payment coming out of my account.
