“After placing the order we were kept in touch with the delivery service company. Unfortuanely Aust Post couldnt count pass one as there were two boxes of wine expected,
After contacting your Customer service centre we were advised that they would contact the delivery company to see if they could locate the remaing carton. A few days later it was delivered.
We are happy with the price of our selected wines and would definetly order our wines and did like the free delivery from Kent Street Cellars again.

“We have brought a lot of wine from you guys and always loved the service. However witht he recent changed to delivery, that is no longer the case. Our last delivery onlt just made it in one piece. THe box was very fragile and not properly taped, to the extent the bottom almost fell out whne we lifted it. And the bottle dividers were stuffed in as an afterthought, but not between the bottle”

“I purchased a bottle of Rockfords Basket Press Shiraz 2016. It was for our 50th.Wedding anniversary.
We have no family ,so I decided to splash out on a special bottle of wine.Rockfords means a lot to us as we often visited there when it was just a tin shed for tasting rooms. Robert was qite often there.so we got to meet the Wine maker. I am afraid he would have been dissappointed with this particuler bottle as we were. It was past its use by date. Watery with a slight brown tinge and very little to recomend it.

“Ordering was easy but unfortunately the wine didn’t arrive in time for the lunch. I knew I’d have problems getting a bottle of French Pinot where I live but I found a replacement for the lunch. Next time I’ll allow more time as post is slower for this location from Sydney. Not generally an issue.”
