“I love KSC for your bargains and quick delivery. I always chose the $2 extra security on couriers as one order earlier on got left on the pavement outside the building. It was Veuve Qliquot so was the unmistakable orange colour. Lucky not have lost it.
More vintage specials would be great though. Mostly now they’re too expensive. Some liquor sell at cellar door cheaper,”
“Kent Street Cellars have always been a good supplier of quality wines but we only buy when they are less expensive than Dan Murphy for the same product. Like most people we are budget conscious and prefer to buy quality wines and champagne but at fair prices. We love Pierre Peters champagne but only Nicks in Melbourne seem to stock it. Maybe discounts for 6 or 12 bottles would be an attractive option.”
“Have used on many occasions - this was a split order, frustrating that the courier service let the first order down, and that we couldn't telephone anyone, but Kent St Cellars sorted for us first thing next morning, 2nd delivery went without a hitch, In both instances Moet & gift bags well packaged and arrived in perfect condition,”

“I usually purchase my Veuve Clicquot and Cloudy Bay wines from Kent Street Cellars as they are by far and away the BEST value. I also really like their "Bin Ends" Sauvignon Blanc. For just over $4 a bottle it is really good value and is a very enjoyable drop.”
“Good service and responsive. I thought I had ordered imported Stella - I got the domestic product which I think is inferior. It's possible that the error was mine so I haven't raised the mistake, many retailers list Stella as imported, it's oftern not !

“After placing the order we were kept in touch with the delivery service company. Unfortuanely Aust Post couldnt count pass one as there were two boxes of wine expected,
After contacting your Customer service centre we were advised that they would contact the delivery company to see if they could locate the remaing carton. A few days later it was delivered.
We are happy with the price of our selected wines and would definetly order our wines and did like the free delivery from Kent Street Cellars again.

“We have brought a lot of wine from you guys and always loved the service. However witht he recent changed to delivery, that is no longer the case. Our last delivery onlt just made it in one piece. THe box was very fragile and not properly taped, to the extent the bottom almost fell out whne we lifted it. And the bottle dividers were stuffed in as an afterthought, but not between the bottle”
