“The selection on offer is great and purchasing was easy, the only downfall and i do realise it was 21/12/23 that i placed my order 18 days later i'm still waiting for the delivery.
i guess once i have received my order and the goods are correct and in good condition i will have to order someting else to see if it was just the christmas new years that delayed the order from being delivered in a more timely manner. (as such)”

The beers arrived ok. I think that the cardboard box was a bit ratty. Maybe tape up the sides to give the box a bit more integrity. It goes through a lot of hands ( some rough ones as well ) and comes a long distance.”
“I was happy with the the KSC's service as the goods themselves and the price were fine but the courier company used by KSC dumped the heavy box at the entrance to my building as opposed to coming virtually 10 more metres and putting it outside my flat door. I had an injured knee and deliberately had ordered this delivery to avoid putting undue strain on it but it all came to nought as I had to pick the very heavy box up and carry it so my knee wasn't happy at all. Very poor service by the courier company.”

The only thing I could suggest, if selling quality bottles of aged spirits to non drinkers, they recommend either gift wrapping that suits the bottle or display boxes. I had to go and purchase a box,
Then have it burn engraved.

“I was happy with my purchase but did not realise I was getting the 375ml and not the 759ml bottle when I am sure I ticked the right box. I should have doublechecked my order. That's life I guess if it was my fault but of course I believe it wasn't because the price I ticked was for the larger bottle! C'est la vie, as the French would say.”
