That's life I guess if it was my fault but of course I believe it wasn't because the price I ticked was for the larger bottle! C'est la vie, as the French would say.”

I do have a problem with items 'not available' as it would be nice when they become available.”

“Your wine service is good, you have the correct wines and the correct vintages that you advertise.
One way to improve would be to use Australia post for deliveries. These other couriers you use are hopeless. You miss your one delivery and they take it back to a hot warehouse for a month...... When the customer is buying a crate of champagne, the extra money for Australia post really should be expensed. That way, the customer can just go to the local Australia Post for pick up. “Shopping and purchasing process was a breeze. Had no troubles with those processes, however package arrived with outside packaging damaged and opened. Was very happy to find my $300+ purchase intact and just a few minor scratches on the outside of the gift box. Not really Kent Street Cellars fault, just thankful I don’t have to go through any type of refund process.”
