Still haven’t received delivery despite being sent December 4th. Very disappointing experience. Was a gift for Christmas and now I don’t have it and have wasted hundreds of dollars

Late delivery. I asked to hold because it was late and I would be away for 1 week and no one would receive. Useless support. Emails returning saying that was checking and no feedback after few days. Package stayed at my door for one week. It was wet and half opened when I arrived from a trip. I definitely don't recommend.

Two weeks after ordering I am still waiting for my delivery. Difficult to even get a response from them. Will not be buying anything ever again.

A WEEK LATER AND STILL NO UPDATE. Last email from Kent Street cellars 10 days ago, still no delivery. REFUND THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY. Horrific. I’m dismayed to write this review as have always had a great experience with Kent Street Cellars. My order is still missing, and no communication from Kent Street Cellars or the world’s worst couriers, “couriers Please.” The audacity that Kent Street Cellars would send me a link to write a review knowing the order still hasn’t been received after 2 weeks is baffling. Have launched a case with Paypal to get my money back, as have emailed Kent Street Cellars and “Couriers Please” and had no response. Pathetic really. While I appreciate the issue is with “Couriers Please”, Kent street Cellars have done nothing to resolve the issue with them. Money has been debited from my account and no goods received, and even worse, total lack of communication.

Got the wrong bottle and not happy. My cousin’s favourite is Yamazaki 12 and we paid for that. Got hibiki blend. It’s easy to take an order. Business is about fulfilling the order. Shame.

We got charged delivery even though the site says free delivery for orders over a certain amount. Everything else good.

I have ordered total 8 bottles of Glendronach 18 years and only delivered 2 bottles on 5 October 2023. I have been contacting the seller for more than two weeks and still have not received the other 6 bottles. I have requested for refund but the seller keeps saying that they are liaising with the courier and refused to provide refund until now. Very disappointing service.

I am yet to receive my goods, further to that I purchased this as a gift and are still yet to receive any update from the courier. Very disappointing and conceding as I’m not sure where my goods are after a considerable amount of time waiting

Terrible experience. Purchased a single bottle and was asked to review the purchase before it had even arrived 2 weeks later. Paid $30 courier fee for what was sent via post.

Said it was delivered. Did not turn up. Was notified two fulll weeks’ later it had not been delivered. One expensive bottle. Two weeks of silence. Immeasurable damage to a key client.

I was disappointed with the use of Aramax for delivery. They did not adhere to requiring a signature on delivery and left the purchase down in the apartment foyer without making sure that it was going to be received. This is extremely poor when buying expensive spirits. I have found this to be the case when receiving any packages from Aramax, please look at using a better courier.

Very disappointed with the my order #71894 which was confirmed on my purchase date on 31/12/2022, I still have not received any notice after almost 3 weeks now regarding my delivery. I have sent email last week to your customer service to request a refund if I cannot receive the two bottles of wine by today 16/1/2023 but have not got any reply back from any of your customer service representative. So I would not recommend to my friend of any of your online purchase and doubt that I would purchase any wines from your online website anymore.

Very disappointed at your choice of courier. My bottles were sitting at their Brisbane depot damaged since 4 January and if I hadn’t queried the delay and you hadn’t sent my query to your courier, the courier would not have let you know. Still waiting for replacement order.

I’ve called the Couriour company 3 times as parcel has not been delivered yet. It was ordered December 28th so 2 weeks ago.

Hi I have not received the whisky i ordered. The courier company couriers please is totally unreliable. Firstly the tracking order said expected day of delivery is today 6/1/23. Then all of a sudden on 4/1/23 I received a phone text message said it was arriving that day. My whole family was at home on this day expecting the delivery. No one came. I got a message said the driver came and I was missed. This was impossible. I was waiting for it since I got the text message said it was arriving. There was no card left outside the house either. I got into the couriers please website to arrange for redelivery on yesterday and also lodged a complaint. Pls follow up on your end and get back to me. If the whisky had gone missing. I request a refund. Thank you

I paid for 2 bottles of Champagne I ordered for New Years Eve and I've yet to receive it. order 71274 ordered 21 Dec. 2022. I contacted customer service last week and havent received a follow-up.
