“I ordered a box of x 6 Lehmann F. Sommier Ariane 72cl glasses. On arrival, one had a flaw in the base. I wrote to Kent Street Cellars with images attached and received a reply from Adam asking what would be a good outcome. I replied saying that a replacement glass would be appropriate. I have tried unsuccessfully to follow up to find out what the outcome of the issue might be, with no further response. Please let me know the status quo. Many thanks

One way to improve would be to use Australia post for deliveries. These other couriers you use are hopeless. You miss your one delivery and they take it back to a hot warehouse for a month...... When the customer is buying a crate of champagne, the extra money for Australia post really should be expensed. That way, the customer can just go to the local Australia Post for pick up.
