“Your variety of products available is good but the delivery is not up to standard. I had requested it to be delivered "Under security gate (under cover)" but the courier often puts it in the mail box where the bottles can be broken or left in the sun for too long”
“Exceptional Price point got my attention. The service and delivery that followed were exceptional. Some of the quickest service experienced, (and into the country to boot) and even using the national postal service.
An exceptional experience that surprised the 'dickens' out of me. Well done you good thing!!!!”
“Kent Street Cellars were fabulous to deal with. I was stuck on ordering on line, so called and completed my order on the phone. Greatly appreciated and the goods arrived within a few days. Look forward to ordering more. Jenny”

“I rang to ask about their stocks. I was a bit despondent at first as I had to leave a voicemail message. However, the call back was VERY fast! Customer service was exceptional. Delivery was faster than anticipated. All around, a great experience! Thank you to Kent Cellars.”
