“Very happy with product choices. Australia Post was disappointing. Instead of 3-5working days, it took 10 and my parcel went from Botany NSW to Welshpool WA then returned to its destination Abbotsford NSW! Adam was very helpful with accelerating the delivery process.”
“Excellent customer service. Within about 10 mins of placing my order I was contacted by a staff member who advised that the warehouse didn't have sufficient supply of the particular year vintage I sought, and would I mind the following year. I agreed, and the order was packed and dispatched within an hour. Even though I live in a regional area so generally expect delays, I received the package within 48 hours.”
“Kent Street Cellars always has what we're looking for, especially for special occasions and gifts. The service is absolutely unbeatable and we would highly recommend them. Thank you.”
“I've been purchasing alcohol, (spirits and wine), from all over the world, including Australia, since the inception of the internet, (disclaimer: there is now a WET tax in place when purchasing wine from overseas) and I consider Kent Street Cellars up there with the best of the wine and spirit merchants in Australia and around the world, because of 1. their range of products; 2. the efficient manner that allows your purchase to be shipped off ASAP, including a delivery period that startled me, only 7 days to Darwin, which normally takes 10-14 days. 3. the best packaging protection I've experienced. 4. the flow of information to the customer in regards to shipping updates.”
