“process for ordering was fine however they sent me the wrong order, I ordered 6 Moet and 6 Veuve but sent 12 Moet. To their credit they refunded me the difference after I logged a call and sent photos. I manage to get the vueve locally for slightly cheaper so worked out in the end.”
“Disappointing delivery service...possibly not Kent Street Cellars problem but worth commenting on. Attempted delivery with no notice left and then taken to a post office with no notification. Only when I followed up did I discover that it was waiting at PO. This was a few weeks after initial delivery attempt.
Maybe some feedback to delivery service worthwhile.”
