“I've been using Kent St Cellars for a few years now. From delivering wine bottles to customers through to topping up the wine fridge at home, Kent St Cellars have never let me down. Wine bottles are individually packed in expanding cardboard wraparounds and boxes are always carefully left on the verandah and in the shade. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
“I was invoiced correctly for the wine vintage I had ordered but a later vintage was deliverd, which I did not notice until I started to stack the bottles into the cellar. I was not informed about the substitution and the issue would have gone to the keeper had I not noticed it.
I was offered a price adjustment (as the vintage supplied was being sold at a lesser price) which I accepted, but I am disappointed that this was not flagged at the time of purchase.
