“A WEEK LATER AND STILL NO UPDATE. Last email from Kent Street cellars 10 days ago, still no delivery. REFUND THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY. Horrific. I’m dismayed to write this review as have always had a great experience with Kent Street Cellars.
My order is still missing, and no communication from Kent Street Cellars or the world’s worst couriers, “couriers Please.”
The audacity that Kent Street Cellars would send me a link to write a review knowing the order still hasn’t been received after 2 weeks is baffling.
Have launched a case with Paypal to get my money back, as have emailed Kent Street Cellars and “Couriers Please” and had no response. Pathetic really. While I appreciate the issue is with “Couriers Please”, Kent street Cellars have done nothing to resolve the issue with them. Money has been debited from my account and no goods received, and even worse, total lack of communication.”
