“Can’t speak for the products as never received them. Had to pay extra for re-delivery and still the product wasn’t delivered. Eventually managed to get around an 80% refund but had to chase. No good will or follow up after the terrible service. Will not use again or recommend.”
“Kent Stret Cellars my favorite bottle shop, experts in large format. My absolute go to supplier. Recently i got a newsletter from another large chain sayoing MOET 1.5 litre on special, they nearly got me! Kent Steet were $30 cheaper.
Great service Sydney to Melbourne in a couple of days. Grabbed a 6 litre bottle too. My standard way to arrive at a party with the minimum of a magnum, thanks guys”
“Have used on many occasions - this was a split order, frustrating that the courier service let the first order down, and that we couldn't telephone anyone, but Kent St Cellars sorted for us first thing next morning, 2nd delivery went without a hitch, In both instances Moet & gift bags well packaged and arrived in perfect condition,”
“Cannot recommend highly enough - excellent customer service. Brad went above and beyond to ensure my order reached my Dad on time for his birthday (and he very much enjoyed his wine!).”
“process for ordering was fine however they sent me the wrong order, I ordered 6 Moet and 6 Veuve but sent 12 Moet. To their credit they refunded me the difference after I logged a call and sent photos. I manage to get the vueve locally for slightly cheaper so worked out in the end.”
“Disappointing delivery service...possibly not Kent Street Cellars problem but worth commenting on. Attempted delivery with no notice left and then taken to a post office with no notification. Only when I followed up did I discover that it was waiting at PO. This was a few weeks after initial delivery attempt.
Maybe some feedback to delivery service worthwhile.”
