“Great price and excellent selection of wines. Was happy that they had the Chardonnay I was looking for. Delivery took a little longer than expected but very happy overall.”
“Said it was delivered. Did not turn up. Was notified two fulll weeks’ later it had not been delivered. One expensive bottle. Two weeks of silence. Immeasurable damage to a key client.”
“Absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received from Adam at Kent Street Cellars!! Thank you so much for handling my concerns and going on the search for what I was after.”
“Awesome range. I decided on the day of our 20th wedding anniversary to buy wine from 2003. I was very happy to find a shiraz and it was delivered in a couple of hours!”
“I was disappointed with the use of Aramax for delivery. They did not adhere to requiring a signature on delivery and left the purchase down in the apartment foyer without making sure that it was going to be received. This is extremely poor when buying expensive spirits.
I have found this to be the case when receiving any packages from Aramax, please look at using a better courier.”
