“Works great, no issues. The only issue I had was contacting the company by phone. If you do you will be disappointed. I would recommend using email. They respond quickly by email, phone not so much.”

“Easy to keep record of ketones up with my glucose, gki. I no longer have to figure it if in what level gki. Don't have to keep a log. Machine does it all. Because of weakness in the fingers hard to tear the foil.”

“My monitor wasn't working, so I reached out to you and didn't hear back for weeks. I called. Nothing. I emailed. Nothing. I called again. Nothing. Someone did email back at some point but they didn't address my issue at all. I called again. I emailed again. Finally someone did email back with instructions and I was able to resolve my issue and was sent a brand new kit! Which I was very happy with! It just took months for me to resolve it!”
