“Love the device itself. I wish the teat strips were 1) easier to open, 2) available in 30 day supply rather than 60 day supply, and 3) individually available for purchase. The device itself has been great, easy to use, easy to sync to the app.”

“The app performs very well. I have been able to track my readings easily. The meter However, swallowed one Ketone reading it did that By stopping the countdown at “1” and then going dark. That reading could not be recovered when I synced the meter with the app. It is very hard to avoid pressing the side buttons when handling the meter and I wonder if that was how that reading got lost. The app itself is easy to use and trucks a great deal of information. I am quite happy with it.”

“Overall happy with product. I thought the all in one meant only one strip for both glucose and ketones. So it’ll end up being more expensive than originally thought. I ordered re-supply of strips and they took a while to arrive. That may have more to do with current shipping issues. Overall I would recommend.”

“I love the device, but there have been a few glitches with the smartphone application. My device had no syncing issues up until I had taken about 10 readings and tried to sync. The device still syncs, but only after the application continues to inform me that there has been a syncing issue”

“The new meter is fine, but I absolutely detest the individually wrapped keto and glucose straps. They are difficult to open, they don't come out of the package easily, and it makes what was a quick, easy procedure difficult and cumbersome. Please bring back to the old plastic canisters. I can't even imagine how difficult opening these individual packages must be for people who are arthritic.”
