“New Ket-Mojo is easy to use. The only thing is the App does not always sync, that is the only issue I have. The mail-back was also easy.”

“I couldn’t have made a better decision. I just wish the syncing worked a little better as at times I have to exit and go back in to see if it actually synced. It would also help if the test strips were a little easier to open without the need for scissors. I think of someone older with fingers that may hurt and how much they may struggle getting them opened.”

“I love the machine, it is very helpful. I also love the Mr. Mojo how-to videos. They explain very clearly how to do things. The products seem to be very high quality with good packaging. The only problem I’ve had so far was when I responded to an email with a subject suggestion. The person who responded to me totally and completely missed the point I was trying to make. It was as if the presence of a certain word in my comment triggered a pre-planned response. Are your Team Mojo email responses automated? Certainly understandable even if disappointing. All in all, I highly recommend Keto Mojo.”

“Have had this device for a couple of weeks now, It's really good. The glucose tests read close to my One Touch Verio. It's nice to get my Ketone levels in my blood. The wireless option to the app on my phone is great. I'm sure their are features I haven't figured out yet but the setup was a breeze.”

“GK+ is great for measuring ketones and storage/phone sync/app work well together. Ketone strips are great and seem repeatably accurate in the 0.8-3mM range but the glucose strips are not. Even when correcting for whole-blood vs plasma glucose the values tend to be way under (vs CGM and CareTouch).”

“My interaction with the company has been satisfactory. I haven't had any issues to date, but I'm confident they would be handled in a professional friendly manner. My only suggestions at this point for Keto-Mojo is to include a tab on the site for manuals etc., and to make finding the login button easier to find (putting it under 'my account' is a little confusing). I would recommend Keto-Mojo for your meter needs.”

“So far the new meter is working well. My only issue is getting the strips out of their individual packages. The package should open down the side and not across the top. Makes retrieval extremely difficult.”
