“Keto-mojo has been very easy to use and has truly helped me to learn and understand what my readings mean. I love how it links to my phone app and tracks and trends readings. Additionally, it is compact and the carrying case allows for easy travel and storage. The additional access to material and teachings have also been a highlight for me, especially the meal planning.”

“Love my keto mojo! I was ketogenic for six years and then carnivore for 3 1/2 years. I recently have had a plateau and I was curious about where my blood sugars/ketones have been sitting. I’ve been doing a few sardines fasts (Dr. Bosworth) and the keto mojo has really helped me recognize when I am in deep therapeutic ketosis. And, how my numbers run when I “eat normally”. It has helped me to tweak my diet and to know how food affects me even with being carnivore for 3 1/2 years. I highly recommend testing to become more physically aware. I love that you can sync your readings to the app. The only downside is-is that my husband and I both test and so we have to tag our results separately in the same app. I wish we could create our own account so we could track our own numbers separately. Previously, I never felt I needed to track my ketones, but the keto mojo has been pivotal in breaking my plateau, regaining my energy and losing some weight. I recommend it to everyone- ketogenic, carnivore or not.”
