“I like the device, it seems very accurate However I ordered glucose strips about 2 weeks ago from your website and I’m still waiting. That doesn’t work for me Why can’t we order just the glucose strips off of Amazon?? Also, the packaging of the strips is difficult to open. Of course it’s just a tear open but it’s tough.”

“Was really bummed we had to waste 10 of our keto strips to get the control solution to test properly. That’s an expensive control test, customer service said there was nothing they could do.”

“I like the Keto Mojo meter, it is easy to use. I dislike the test strips in the foil. It is so impossible for me to tear them open so I have to cut the pouches open. I liked the little canister the old test strips came in much better. Overall I am pleased.”

“Keto-Mojo as a company is amazing! I had a first gen meter and went to buy new strips but they no longer sold mine. I contacted them because I was disappointed and was expecting a message back like you would get from other big companies with, "too bad we've upgraded so buy a new meter." However, I did NOT get that message, but a message of "we totally understand where you're coming from and we've got you covered! They totally got me into the upgrade program so I could get the fantastic new meter and just buy the strips which I was going to do anyway! I was very pleased at their great and fast customer service.”
