“I was disappointed when I used the calibration fluids, that the range of glucose accuracy was so wide. I am very experienced in using a glucose meter, and this wide range makes me mistrust the glucose readings from your meter. I have been finding my fasting glucoses to be 110 and over, which is bizarre, since my HbA1c is 5.3. I'll keep testing and compare to my other meter.”

“I hate the ew way you are packaging the strips. First of all, I have to use a scissor to open the packaging. Its very annoying. Secondly its wasterful. I like the older way you had the strips. the unit 50% of the time is not syncing my information to my phone so some of my readings are GONE. Frankly this is a waste of money. I am asking for a refund. The OLD system was better”

“Initially I didn’t want to add another “app” to phone, and tried multiple times to setup date and time. Left side buttons did not work to set day/month. Finally decided to add “app” to phone before calling customer service to see if the wound auto populate correct day/month. After that it did work to check ketones/glucose. Just wish the website would have been upfront that the “app” was required before the device would work.”
