“I am very much in ketosis, according to two other blood meters (they are reading .8 and 1.2, in line with my staying under 20 carbs a day for two weeks). However, K-M keeps giving me a reading of .3.”

“Tried contacting customer service for help connecting and pairing my meter. Tried the chat and also left a voicemail. No response. Need a live human being to walk me through the issues, because the video is not helpful. No calls returned. Very disappointed.”

“I received a pack of 60 ketone strips that were all bad. Customer service refused to replace them despite putting me through extensive steps of testing and video taping. When I successively demonstrated the strips were bad they said oh we can send you a new meter that has 20 ketone strips with it. So basically they don't want to replace all the strips because of how expensive they are. They prefer me to eat the cost of their defective product. Other packs I have received in the past worked fine but this pack was definitely bad and not able to detect ketones. To be so cheap and not replace a clearly defective product just tells me they do not put the customer first nor do they value their repeat customers. Really pathetic guys.”
