“This is the third unit I've purchased for myself/family. It's an excellent product, and the videos really help. If you're tracking ketones, you need this convenient device! The challenge for someone who's not tech savvy is figuring out how to use the online tools/app initially. The support is really good, though, so anyone can figure this out with a little patience. Having to negotiate both a store account and a tracking account is a bit cumbersome. It would be better to have one account and be able to toggle between them--only one login and one password to remember.”

“I do not like my new device. I LOVED my old device and y’all eliminated it. Now I have individual packets that are more difficult to get into, strips that are smaller and harder to handle, and a machine that needs to reset with a red liquid - and it’s already not giving out correct readings. I’m extremely disappointed.”
