“So far so good, however, easy integration of the keto-mojo health app with other health apps for inter-app data sharing would be something that could take keto-mojo to the next level. One more thing... if it would be possible to make the price of the test strips more reasonable & affordable than what it is now, then keto-mojo adoption would see some promising growth. What I mean is... try to explore if keto-mojo can capitalize on economies of scale. The sooner it happens, the better it is.”

“I've found the Keto-Mojo kit to be very worthwhile although I am somewhat confused as to the frequency of use for this. Once a day? Morning or night or middle of the day? More than once a day? If so, what frequency? Does it matter when I should use it or whether I consume sweets, carbohydrates or alcohol?”

“The Keto Mojo company is great!!! They have a fantastic meter, cheaper strips and super customer service etc. In this day and age, customer service is so important. I have been very frustrated with customer service with my old meter company, that wasn't Keto Mojo. Thanks for stepping up!”

“I think the product I received was fine. But I think now the Keto-Mojo now has Bluetooth issues. It does not seem to work. It's not my phone, other Bluetooth devices connect fine, but the Keto-Mojo just stopped working.”

“My device stopped working and I had to ask for replacement which did happen but the process was a bit difficult, couple of different support people were involved and aasking me same questions and to send pictures of betteries inside of device, getting simultaneous answers from 2 different agents etc. Also more time passed before they send new device then when I purchased it initially and no noification it was sent, just some weird message from delivery service which really didn’t provide me with useful information about when to expect it. Also having 2 apps is very confusing and thise different accounts for purchasing and using device. Really bad experience. Also couldn’t manage to connect it with Chronometer app, dona’t know on which side is the integration done but it sucks. Price of strips is very high it feels a bit mean because you have to use those.”

“I can’t figure out how to use the device even with the tutorial. I requested someone would call me for a quick conversation but so far no one has so it it remains unused on my table. I am very dissatisfied with your customer service I must say.”

“A friend recommended Keto-Mojo a few years ago and I stupidly held off. The meter is great! I love seeing what kicks me out or keeps me in. The interface is a bit intimidating to newbies. I'm still learning and am sure like the diet, with time it will become old hat.”
