“I bought the 28-day course a couple weeks ago. Have tried logging in to use it. I am never able to authenticate. Multiple emails, attempted chats with customer service has gotten me no where. Still waiting back from an email I recently sent providing even more information. Horrible support for a product impaid $125 to access.”

“Just starting to monitor my glucose & ketones and the Keto-Mojo has been a great tool. Had some issues with erroneous readings. Reached out to support and was provided answers quickly to calibrate. Unit was in calibration, so it seems it was just wasteful strips.”
