“My needle doesnt go very deep , to get the rewuired amount of bloid to test. even on the highest setting. I usually have to just take the needle out and put it directly into my finge”

“The product is inconsistent. Sometimes it takes two to three strips before it gives a reading. So many of my strips are wasted when the reader gives an error...... This is very frustrating when the strips cost $1 each.”

“Hello and thanks for asking! I have been mostly satisfied with the meter and yet would hesitate to recommend due to my experience with the strips. The first batch worked perfectly and yet now into my second batch, about 1/2 of them don't have the capillary action of the first batch. I also draw glucose levels so I really don't think it's user error. I appreciate all you've done to decrease the cost of the strips and yet if they don't work then it's still prohibitively expensive. I hope that I just got a 'bad' batch and am happy to review again if I have better luck with the other strips that I've already purchased. Thanks for reading! kindly, Kelly Su”

“The hemoglobin and hematocrit is not very accurate, because of this I worry the the ketone and glucose strips are not very accurate. Also you can’t add more blood to the strip if you didn’t add enough in the first place wasting a strip”

“Servicing an emerging market is great, but I don't entirely trust the results. The readings are too inconsistent and it makes you burn through the strips if you plan on double checking”

“I'm not sure yet whether I can recommend it. It consistently measures about 30 mg/dl lower than my other 2 meters. If you can help trouble shoot that, it would be great. Also I have glucose strips on back-order and no word yet on when to expect them. Thanks, Oya oyapaugh@yahoo.co”

“I am a diabetic and was looking forward to cheaper test trips but the readings are just way off the readings on my regular glucometer when I test both at the same time and my regular one seems pretty close to the lab testing. If there is a way the machine can be recalibrated I'd be grateful if you could let me know. The service from your company is excellent, thank you”

“Looking forward to second generation meter with consistently reliable results. When testing ketones with my mojo meter, i have sometimes had results that are unusually high for me. This has made me question the results and so i have retested with the same meter within a minute or two. The results have been greatly apart. for instance, i tested ketones and results were 1.7 (unusually high for me.) I retested almost immediately and the 2nd result was .4 . This is on the same meter and same batch of strips which were coded with the provided chip. I have been in a low level ketosis for the better part of this year which is why a high number like 1.7 will cause me to question the results. I respond to this by testing again with the mojo and also with my precision xtra. I will test with both at the same time from the same drop of blood. Both meters read .4 . It is the inconsistency between the 2 readings done back to back on the same mojo meter that challenge its reliability. The use of the Precision xtra confirms that the second reading on the mojo is the accurate one. I have experienced these conflicting results over a dozen times. Additionally, many comparisons were made that were consistent. Unfortunately, my results create a sense of distrust in the meter. What i was hoping would be a tool that allowed me to test more frequently and save money has not proven so. I am proud to support the company and be an early adopter of your products. We need more companies like this supporting a way of life that is challenged by so many. I want this meter to work. The more options on the market, the better the products and costs to the end user. Competition is health. I look forward to your feedback for solving the issue of accuracy with my mojo meter.”

“Not sold on the accuracy. I have a precision Xtra and when I tested both at the same time the Keto Mojo read 0.5 mmoL higher. Your company should send recalibration strips & fluids with each order of ketone and glucose strips to abolish any accuracy concerns”

“I feel like it wasn’t as advertised and the directions are very confusing. I worked in manufacturing so I know how to follow written instructions and these were misleading. It didn’t come withglucose strips like it said it would overall I regret my purchase.”
