“Love the product, big fan. But using USPS for shipping is terrible. At least have an option to upgrade to UPS or FedEx. Also the product should have Bluetooth. The manufacturer you guys use tiadoc already makes this model: TD-4279.”

“I do not think there was an adequate amount of user information / getting started with this kit. I watched several of your videos before my unit arrived, and there was not ANYTHING about troubleshooting the issues I experienced. 1) I could not find a detailed video on how the needle pen worked. Just the brief edit in the user video. It turns out mine was broken and I ended up butchering every finger on my left hand trying to get blood. 2) Did not see any videos speaking to the fact that if you DON'T get an adequate about of blood out of your finger, then all your Keto Test strips will get ERROR messages. *Important tip because most Keto people like myself have a hard time drawing blood due to dehydration. I wasted at least 15 strips till I figured out how to prick my finger with a new pen and squeeze out enough blood. 3) Did not see any of your videos talk about how important it is to calibrate the unit with the chip inside the test strips. Saw that useful tip on someone elses blog video. 4) I still don't know what range I am looking for on the glucose reading. Not a lot of useful information there. 5) And last, but not least. Your customer support hours are sparse. No live answer on our phone number, frustrating. One of my orders (before TG) made the window for same day shipping and did not make it. Once again, email and phone support were not available. So that is it. I have been sent this survey at least 5 times, here is my honest opinion.”

“These comments are about the owner;s manual. I have just started to wade through the Owner's manual, so have not used the device yet. The owner's manual is TERRIBLE. Whoever wrote it should be replaced. I've read good thing about the device, so after I spend more wasted time going through the manual maybe the device will be okay.”

“The blood meter is not consistently accurate. I take a blood sample it's 209, then I take it again it's 149 then I take it again and it's 185? Clean hands, one test right after the other What is the +/- on this device? Also it's quite large and heavy.”

“The hemoglobin and hematocrit is not very accurate, because of this I worry the the ketone and glucose strips are not very accurate. Also you can’t add more blood to the strip if you didn’t add enough in the first place wasting a strip”

“I love that you offer a reasonable solution to testing blood glucose and ketones, but I have found that if I test twice in a row I often get different results. For example, I often get blood glucose levels of something like 4.6 and then right after 4.2 This seems like a huge margin of error. If you could send me some extra glucose strips to figure out this issue, I would love it!”

“My needle doesnt go very deep , to get the rewuired amount of bloid to test. even on the highest setting. I usually have to just take the needle out and put it directly into my finge”
