“The parcel delivered by Royal Mail was dropped in a ‘safe point’ box at a boarding house of a school. The matron never recalled seeing the parcel, and after checking with every student, no one had taken it. I presume it’s lost. I recommend using the courier service ‘deliver to person’ instead, as it’s not cheap and the parcel contains medical-related tools.”

“The products overall work great. Massive amounts of information on their website. I'm a little disappointed in customer service. I’ve had issues registering for the warranty so I emailed customer service. That was about two weeks ago with no reply. Big red flag with me. Still no reply at the time of this review.”
