“When I do multiple readings the keto strips give me consistent readings with small deviations; however, this is not always the case with the glucose strips: when I do multiple readings at the same time, I can sometimes get wildly different results. However, overall, I have found the kit useful, especially with regards to monitoring my ketone levels and exploring how they change in response to consuming various types food,and exercise. It's been interesting. With regards to pricing, the glucose are a lot more affordable than the keto strips, which may mean a lot of people can not afford to obtain them on a continual basis. Thank you!”

“Muy util para tener control de tus niveles, y asegurarse que se estan haciendo las cosas bien, sobretodo al principio de la dieta. Muy buen dispositivo, facil de usar y el Plus lo pone la APP, donde quedan todas las lecturas registradas. Si tuviera que poner un "pero", diria que los recambios de tiras y lancetas son bastante caros.”
