“My order was delivered quickly and accurately. The GK+ unit is quick and easy to use and so is the app on my phone. Definitely helps me monitor my blood glucose and ketones to understand how MY body reacts to the food I've eaten, activities and sleep whenever I take a reading, at various times of the day. Would recommend.”

“Frankly, I am VERY disappointed and frustrated with my purchase experience. It all stems from Keto-Mojo using the worst (and slowest) possible (ground) shipping option(s) that resulted in my shipment (first) being lost by the carrier and thereafter, its replacement taking more than two weeks to be delivered to me from the date I placed the order. Bear in mind I was (over) charged $13.95 to (ground) ship the very small box just under 600 miles (only an 8-hour drive from my house), yet it took two weeks to travel that distance. When I contacted the Keto-Mojo "customer service," (occurring multiple times) I received very unsatisfying "canned" email replies generally explaining basically that once the shipment was boxed and labeled it is out of their hands - It is then up to the customer to pursue the matter with the carrier(s) - The bottom line is: Customers should expect to overpay for shipping and the packaging and shipping to take two weeks to arrive (NOT the "typically 3-5 business days" as falsely claimed on the web site) AND do not even bother to contact customer service, as that will be a waste of your time.”
