“I don't like getting boxes of left overs! Received a box with a bunch of pieces instead of full strips. If your going to send me your left overs I expect to get a discount on the cost.”

“Overall, I am very happy with my Keto-Mojo and I am especially impressed with the level of education you provide to go along with the product. I learned extremely valuable information by reading all of the web pages you provided in the first week of owning my Keto-Mojo. Too many companies don't take the time to provide this value-added information. Had I not read the web pages, I would not have known about the dawn effect, and I would have been very puzzled because I clearly have this. My only complaint is with support. I had some technical issues that were very difficult to describe and hoped to speak to someone but unfortunately, we had to do it all in an email. Through some miracle, the issue was resolved, but it took several back-and-forth emails. BTW, your phone support options only have an option for the original keto-mojo app and not for the MyMojoHealth app. That needs to be updated and you need to provide instructions when the email option is the only option, instead of just hanging up on the caller.”

“The email support I received was superior and even when I had to ask again because I had inadvertently deleted the email, they were gracious and sent it right away. The product is great and so is the service. Keto-Mojo is a top notch business in my book and I’ve been using their products for years.”

“Truly horrific, one of the most frustrating experiences setting up an app, especially the multiple (from different places) instructions for syncing for the first time. Too much for a "short" review. I wrote a feedback email with details to customer support and their response was basically a written yawn. I eventually figured things out on my own. I have zero confidence in this company's ability to make a good product. Only using them because my Dr wants me to.”

“Initially I was impressed. Now after 2 months, I am looking for a more accurate meter. My glucose can vary by as much as 10 or more points with the *same* sample. I need something much more reliable and accurate. Further, I phoned the company three times and no one ever returned my call. Then, I emailed support. No help there, I wound up having to figure things out on my own on how to use the pre and post meal icons. However, they are meaningless because the designation does not show up in either app. Useless feature, or so it appears since no one was able or willing to explain to me how to incorporate it in the apps. Not impressed.”
